These terms govern access to and use of FenixApp. By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these terms and the Privacy policy.
1. Nature of the service
FenixApp offers psychoeducation, reflection, self-care and wellbeing tools. Assessments, activities, FenIA, SOS, mindfulness, articles, community and progress are informational and reflective.
FenixApp is not a medical device and does not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, personalized clinical assessment or human crisis intervention.
2. Emergencies and safety
If there is a risk to life, suicidal ideation, violence, immediate danger or an acute crisis, contact emergency services or a local helpline. The app may show general resources but cannot guarantee an immediate response.
3. Age and account
You must be at least 16 and able to accept these terms. You are responsible for reasonably accurate information and for protecting your credentials.
Do not share passwords or let another person use your account. Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Permitted use
- Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not attempt to compromise, copy, decompile or interfere with the app or infrastructure.
- Do not introduce malware, spam, fraud or rights-infringing content.
- Do not use FenixApp to replace professional medical or psychological decisions.
- Do not harass, discriminate, threaten or promote harm in community spaces.
5. FenIA
FenIA generates responses using artificial-intelligence systems and may be wrong, miss context or produce unsuitable content. Use judgment and seek professional support when appropriate.
Do not submit secrets, financial data or third-party information without authorization. Usage limits may vary by plan and technical availability.
6. Community and content
You retain the rights you hold in content you publish and grant FenixApp a limited license to store, display and moderate it within the service.
Ideas for Fenix are reviewed before publication. We may approve, decline, merge duplicates, hide them or change their roadmap status. Votes inform the team but do not guarantee selection or development.
A selected idea may receive a personal VIP code subject to the stated rules and availability. The reward does not transfer ownership or require FenixApp to implement or maintain the proposal.
We may review, hide or remove content and limit accounts in cases of abuse, risk, spam or violations. Moderation reduces risk but cannot guarantee all content is accurate or appropriate.
8. Payments and cancellation
Android subscriptions are managed through Google Play and entitlement validation may use RevenueCat. Uninstalling the app or deleting an account does not cancel a subscription.
Cancel through Google Play. Access may continue until the current period ends. Charges and refunds follow store policies and applicable law.
9. Privacy
Data use is described in the Privacy policy. Optional modules let you decide which information to record and which permissions to grant.
10. Intellectual property
The FenixApp brand, interface, code, text, illustrations, audio, databases and materials belong to FenixApp or are used with permission. You may not reproduce or exploit them beyond legal or express permission.
11. Availability and changes
We may correct, update, limit or remove features for security, maintenance, cost, provider or product reasons. Continuous availability and compatibility with every device are not guaranteed.
12. Liability
FenixApp is provided as available. It does not guarantee emotional, clinical, personal or financial outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, it is not responsible for decisions made solely from reflective content or interruptions outside its control.
13. Suspension and deletion
You can stop using the service or delete the account. FenixApp may limit or suspend accounts for violations, fraud, risk to others or legal requirements.
Account deletion follows the Privacy policy and does not automatically cancel external payments.
14. Changes to these terms
Material changes will be communicated when required. Continued use after they take effect means accepting the updated version.
15. Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by applicable Mexican law without affecting mandatory consumer rights in other jurisdictions.
