Frequently asked questions

Does FenixApp diagnose?

No. Assessments, FenIA, progress and content are reflective and educational tools.

Does a person read my FenIA conversations?

They are not part of a human therapy service. Required context is processed by AI providers and may only be technically reviewed when law, security or support requires it.

Does Fenix sell my data?

No. It uses providers to operate the service as described in the Privacy policy.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Start the flow in the app or on the public deletion page.

What should I do in an emergency?

Contact emergency services or a local helpline. FenixApp cannot provide an immediate response.
